A businessman who was jailed for operating a cannabis growing operation has been ordered to repay nearly £100,000 from his illegal activities. West Mercia Police discovered the operation at Hereford Coach and Commercial Refinishers last year, where they found 270 cannabis plants valued at £93,800. The owner, Andrew Mannion, admitted to growing the plants and was sentenced to two-and-a-half years in prison. During a Proceeds of Crime hearing at Worcester Crown Court, Mannion was instructed to repay £97,009.44 or face an additional two years behind bars.
